Matthew’s party was the best one ever! Almost everyone echoed that, and Matthew said it was the “best day of his life”. Lots of Moms want to book it for their kids’ parties, so I hope that you get follow-on business. One kid even persuaded his Dad to bring him BACK there on the Sunday! Thank you for finding the missing shoe – I will return it to its rightful owner. I also wanted to mention specifically that Miriam was most helpful, friendly and efficient – she is an asset to your operation. We will be bouncing back to Bounce World very soon! Good morning John I called in specifically this morning to find out who Carole Horn’s boss is. We had our daughter Logan’s birthday at Bounce World on Saturday 26 November 2016 (this last Saturday) and all I can say is THANK YOU!!!! Carole was super professional, friendly, always very helpful and patient (I must of emailed and called about 20 times, confirming different things), always came back to me timeously and meticulous (with great attention to detail) in executing exactly what we wanted. I am not sure what the staff set up or organogram is at Bounce World, but let me tell you (and I am sure you may already know this), Carole is a very strong ambassador for Bounce World. Our party ran smoothly because she was on point with every detail and ensured that the timing of everything was great. The table set up, pizza’s and timing of everything was just what we asked for. My daughter, and all our guests had a fantastic time, and they were all very, very impressed with Bounce World and we let them know how very positive our experiences with Carole had been, and lots of them are also considering having their kids party’s at Bounce World also next year. I am comfortable recommending Carole and Bounce World to anyone having a party. Please convey our sincerest Thanks to Carole on a GREAT job, done with pride, respect and perfect attention to detail.
